16. If there is no agreement between the parents on the division of the weeks of shareable parental or adoption benefits, the unused weeks are divided equally between the parents.
The remaining week at a higher rate or the last week is granted, where applicable, in accordance with the rules provided for in the first paragraph of section 15.
If there is no agreement between the parents on the division of the weeks of welcome and support benefits relating to an adoption, the unused weeks are divided equally between the parents and, where applicable, the last week is granted according to the rules provided for in the first paragraph of section 15.
